Red Snapper are currently mixing their new album. They have been roadtesting new tracks live over the past months with sellout shows @ London?s Koko, The Belgrade Jazz Festival, Holland and Athens, the crowd reaction has been fantastic. They have taken their unique sound to new limits, "Fuck Off Jazz" meets "Cockabillyhop" leaving fans sweating in their wake.

A sonic journey through dark hiphop, future blues and tearing afrofunk.

The original line up of Rich Thair (drums), David Ayers (guitar), Ali Friend (double bass) and Tom Challenger (sax,clarinet and melodica) will be joined on the album by guest vocalists Eliza Carthy, Gavin Clark, Lindsay West and a young gun called Ali Friend.

Red Snapper plan to promote the new album at festivals this summer and venues throughout UK/Europe.
